After financial troubles with Judith Bank’s spokeswoman, he tells his rich friend Eddie he will run a $ 1,000 singing contest. But Buster’s assistant, Miss Crowley, inadvertently attaches two extra zeros, and a $ 100,000 flyer is blown out of Buster’s city streets.
